If "Islamic communism" is a real thing, and Prophet Muhammad is seen as a Lenin-figure who sought to implement full communism and complete abolition of social hierarchy, why the FUCK aren't Muslims who are actually living in the Islamic World fighting for such a system? Why is "Islamic Communism" only a thing in western universities and intellectual circles?

The PFLP likewise has never been "Islamic communist" and was actually started by Palestinian Christians. Not to mention, most Palestinians are generally quite liberal when it comes to religion and Ramallah has a bar scene (1/5th of Palestinians are Christian too, and many are atheist/agnostic/secular).

So where are all the modern-day Ali Shariatis? Where are all the Muslim Oscar Romeroes? Why did the Arab Spring result in liberal democracy in Tunisia and Egypt and civil war in Libya, Yemen, and Syria as opposed to socialist revolutions?

How many historical socialists were practicing Christians and/or libertarian theologians? Was Lenin?

Why would you think that? Assuming Jesus even existed his followers immediately proceeding him were preachers that lived off the labor of their devotees. The church system which many think are a negative and parasitic organism began here.

Besides, are trader merchants from ancient times even the same thing as capitalists? He bought low and sold high, not had armies of slave whose labor he exploited like the bourgeoisie.

We at least have real-world examples of Christian and Jewish socialisms whereas the only "Islamic socialisms" that have existed where either Soviet client states like S. Yemen or turd positionists like Nasser and Gaddafi. The Ba'ath Party has never been proletarian and their primary ideology is straight up Arab nationalism.

It should also be said that while the Kurds are Muslim, they have always been quite modernist and heretical, and in no way are they fighting for a system that mixes Islamic theology with Marxism. Öcalan's "big guys" in terms of theory are Murray Bookchin, Hannah Arendt, and Teddie Adorno (all of them Jews, interestingly enough), not Prophet Muhammad, al-Ghazali, or Ibn Tamiyyah.

People pushing for "Islamic communism" are ideologically very close to Third Worldists: they believe socialism happens magically if people's minds are conditioned to it enough. I'm sorry, but how the fuck are any of these Muslim-majority nations anywhere close to being able to pull of genuine proletarian socialism (NOT pan-Arabism or turd position like Gaddafi and/or Nasser)? Most of these countries are complete backwater and would ultimately become hermit nations like the DPRK or fail harder than the USSR in its late stage.
