Just realized the second image of the Inca soldiers has an error, the "Chinchaysuyu" it mentons probably weren't a tribe.
That word is actually a name of a certain region of the Inca empire, not a specific culture or ethnic group. They probably meant either the Chincha, or the Chimu (both of which were in that region when the Inca conquered it). The Chimu had the largest political state in the Andes prior to the Inca conquering them, and had what was the largest city in South America prior to europeans arriving (Chan Chan, which had a population of 60k people, 3rd pic related), so definitely not a tribe. I don't know much about the Chincha, but apparently they were an urban, state based culture as well rather then being tribal.

Also the other Osprey Inca image talks about the Chimu separately, last pic related, so they probably meant the Chincha. The Moche/Mochica it mentions also built some really fucking rad-ass temples, on par with the stuff the Assyrians/Babyloians had. Go look up the murals/frescsos in Huaca de La luna, which is the best preserved of them.
