This is far from the best open world game out there, the only thing it's got going for it is the waifus

There is no interactivity because everything is scripted. People walk on scripted paths. Enemies stay at their spawn points. You will never find a group of enemies fighting some NPC in a strange location because they didn't program it. It is not a living interactive world, it is a static planned out world. fucking gets it.
Its also fucking impossible to have variety in an open world with level scaling because level scaling prevents variety. It creates a homologous consistent experience.
