Let me sperg out on the protectionism part.
You are not wrong on the own benefit, but are wrong on who is being benefited, the act of protectionism is one where you discourage the buy of outside products in order to benefit the inside industrys or makers of said products by or putting more taxes or banning their entry, it always increases the price of said goods, it helps the makers, not the population most of the time. So you jew out on the pop.

Some people like to feel good with money, some with beverage, some even go through pain to feel good, here we feel pain through video games in order to feel good.

BOTW is a decent game.
it has many faults, but it is a decent open world game that has managed to get much more aspects right than many games in the past.
If I were to select a few minor faults, it'd be as follows
and to select a few major faults
some of the coverage of BOTW is overrated, others are fair.
in terms of relativity, BOTW is the best thing that has come out for awhile
but when looking at games in general, not so much.
