Yeah, I just posted that one because it's recognizable and old. Mednafen's pretty good and Retroarch uses the same core. They both run on pretty much anything, but setting them up might take some getting used to. Mednafen's nice for associating with rom files so you can just double click and play. I think a lot of people use PCSX-R, but I can't vouch for it. pSX is a little shitty but it works great on toasters.
