Flower shit makes me think Yuuka, and apparently the reisen ending of ULiL foreshadowed a horrible event.

We'll probably hear some news when we are close to Reitaisai or comitek.
As for some news about fan games, it seems nisa though it was a good idea to localize Rumia name to Lumia in Touhou Koubutou.
