Everything in the game I mean. I've barely played it with japanese dialogue but the character's body language is all goofy and exaggerated like a very fluid anime. The plot is super simple, almost all the dungeons so far are basically starting dungeons with more and more rooms tacked on and the closest thing I've come to a puzzle is the ice cave with slippery slidey floors and you have to navigate them to get bonuses and shit.

Gameplay wise? It's hard to compare because they're basically different type of RPGs. Story Wise? Also hard because the translation was fucked and Xenogears was the 5th part in a 6 part trilogy that never ended up happening. But from the japanese reception Xenoblade X was basically the setup to another series. The entire game screams "opening" and it ends on a cliffhanger leaving primordia to basically become the world in Xenosaga.
the first Xenoblade had a better story than xenosaga.

Just started playing this last night. The fucking dumb Puns are killing me. The voice acting is bad, but its passable however the writing is atrocious. The demo was misleading to say the least. God I hope this gets better because I genealogy like the ATB combat but so far its trash.
