Assuming the NX is a console, there's a pretty limited selection of options assuming they go for something relatively straightforward.
Within those likely choices, there are things that make more and less sense than others with regards to exact processor or GPU chosen.

I think the big issue with PowerPC is whether they want to stick with the same 750-based core again or if they went with a different Power processor, which of those options would meet power consumption targets, price targets, and offer seamless BC.
They obviously could carry forward the 750 again, though it's getting pretty close to the end of the line. Maybe something from the G4 or G5 lines brought forward.

Pretty much all of IBM's newer stuff is in POWER, not PowerPC, and is targeted at mainframes for high frequency trading, big brother data banks, or massive retailers/wholesalers processing millions of purchases a day.
