Has there ever been a video game remake as bad as the new Rocky Horror reboot?

Meat Loaf was a great musician.
He was probably the weakest performance in the Movie. Brad, Janet, Frank-N-Furter, Dr. Scott and Columbia were all amazing in the movie.

Probably because trying to remake books would be redundant.

Film/Game remakes are often done under the excuse of "it'll be better because we have better technology now!".

Books don't have that excuse, the only technology that has developed for the written word is electronic text (kindles and what not) and there's no reason to not just import the original words of a book in that new format than try to remake it.
