Yeah no. A massive amount of normies play on PC.

Raspberry Pi 3b+.

Most people who use a computer never play a modern 3D accelerated game, it's not actually super popular. Maybe 10% of the computer owning public will ever buy and install a game more intense than solitaire or Minesweeper.

Let me teach you how deep in your bubble you are - normies play phone games and Facebook games, and whatever comes with Windows on their new PC, and that's about it. That's where the user base for games is these days. Of the people who do play 3D accelerated games, most don't give a fuck and run with default settings for their computer and never change a single graphical option. The number of hard core PC gamers is vanishingly low, maybe 1% of the base playing any popular games. I'm talking about the kind of people who upgrade their GPU more frequently than every couple of years, who worry about frame rates and responsiveness and "screen lag" and other shit for autists. They're just not a sizeable demographic. Maybe a couple hundred thousand world wide.

Not a whole lot because of video drivers. RPi unfortunately has the best support, but Odroid is probably the 2nd best for video if you want to avoid SJW bullshit. (I have the C2, but I run it headless so I can't comment on its video performance. So far its CPU hasn't seemed to bottleneck from running a Minecrap server so it's probably fine for web browsing.)

Why do businesses use China so much anyway? Do they just look at the cheap price and think its a bargain without considering how terrible the Chinese are to deal with? (I was going to post screencaps of anons who suffered dealing with China for business but I can't find them.)

Labor in China is cheap. That's how the Chinese economy works. The Chinese government adjusts the Yuan to keep the GDP per PPP the highest in the world even though their Nominal GDP is well behind Europe and America and their GDP per capita is among the lowest on the planet. China is pretty much fucked if they can't keep the cost of their labor low enough for the rest of the world to justify outsourcing because the value of the Yuan only works because China doesn't export it on the same scale as USD. That's why they're damage controlling the steel tariffs so hard

I think you misunderstood what I said. I'm aware of why China is cheap, but I was wondering why businesses put up with China despite the "bargain". The Chinese are notoriously dishonest and corrupt. (I had screencaps of anons talking about how businesses they worked for were sold false or mislabeled products, one Chinese company breaking environmental protection laws here in the US by smashing CRTs and dumping them out back, and so on.)
Many people shit on America for shady practices with the large food and drink corporations, but it's nothing compared to the food the Chinese will sell to each other.

why do people hate money

I love CRTs but most of 'em are shit. For every FW-900 manufactured there were a hundred "Dell" CRTs and most office drones, unless in a managerial position, would have been provided with the cheapest display you could buy.

People want those rare good Trinitron or Diamondvision or other aperture-grille displays these days, the cheap shit hasn't accrued any value.
