I grew up in a small town just outside of the second biggest city in my home state, and even in the small town just outside of the city it was customary to find a long term partner (In high school, mind) and sleeping around was largely ostracized. Nobody where I grew up respected that shit. Everyone hated it, and if you did it you lost all of your friends.
