the only lead I have on that is that the pre-commit hashes released around mid october didn't match the insurance files released, they did in previous instances. Wikileaks says the hashes released were for the unencrypted files, but they're breaking from their routine by doing it that way. It isn't concrete proof but it's out of the ordinary.
