My immediate thought is that you really need to nail down where the seams/panel lines run. Ideally, the seams shouldn't just fade out, the way that they do on the upper back in your pic. They define where the external casing comes apart, so they should delineate clearly defined "panels" of skin.

It's a little unclear what's going on with the back of the head. Has the external casing been removed, and we're seeing the internal frame? Or is it some sort of apparatus wrapping around the back of the head? If that's the case then I'd recommend adding a bit of width to it to indicate that it's wrapped around the head, rather than a part of it.

As for the attached bits and bobs and the environment- if you're going for a futuristic look, adding some beveled edges and cutting off a corner or two can help. Plain rectangular surfaces arranged into boxes is fine for getting your props blocked in, but having a little more complexity can add a bit of extra believability. Also, when the focus is on individual props the way it is here, make sure that they have distinct purposes. If one is a fluid filtration device, give it a couple tubes of its own, or a vial, or some way to see that it contains fluid.

Lastly, I'll give you the same advice I give everyone who asks- find some proper diagrams of the muscular system and spend some time drawing it yourself. It's extremely helpful for understanding how the body fits together. Your grasp on anatomy is far from the worst I've seen. Areas that jump out as needing some improvement are the triceps, and the sacrum (the area where the center-line groove of the back meets the hips and buttocks).

I suppose I should clarify "wacky antics", since there's a line to be drawn between those that are hyper and those that are nuckin futs. The former can apply to many, regardless of orientation, and isn't necessarily bad. It's the latter that are generally lesbian, in my experience (high school -> college -> workforce), and I don't think any were butch. One I met in HS got off to having sex in church parking lots; while another I encountered in university alternated between extreme hyper-happiness and downright Hellish fury, with no gradient in between. The tamest I ever met are the ones at my current job: hypocritical and terrible work ethic, but capable of getting along with others I just wish they weren't management.

I just noticed Ardent fucking around with the balls in the first strip, I guess before they put the suits on and took off. It's still shit-ass continuity and needlessly confusing. There's no reason whatsoever to jump back and forth between adjacent strips and within the same strip with Gavia having the suit on in a later panel. There's no storytelling aspect to this, just complexity for the sake of complexity. The takeoff strip is from February 5th, almost two months ago, and Jeph expects his readers to remember "Where's Waldo" level background happenings.

This also means Gavia was acting normally for a time and then suddenly exploded. This bullshit really needs explaining. She's also facing the wrong direction. I guess she could have turned but it just looks like sloppy continuity to me.

At least four of the six characters in the room–and probably all six–know what the nanomachines are, what they do, and Gavia's relationship to them. If exploding was on the radar, shouldn't they have been alert to the fact? It's like military personnel ignoring weapons crates that have "WARNING: NUCLEAR MATERIAL" on them. And the balls look rather unique. You'd think characters would pause just like any normal person would upon finding something dangerous.

Given how ludicrously distraught Gavia was at losing the nanomachines, shouldn't she be jubilant or at least reacting in some way rather than just looking passive for several strips? The entire ship should have known about the nanomachines the moment Gavia laid eyes on them. She obviously can't control her emotions so her [non-]reaction is not credible. She's acted impulsive several times before so the referenced strips aren't a one-time thing.

This is the biggest problem with Alice Grove, more than the [non-]plot. The characters are inhuman and completely unrelatable. At least with QC you can see some of the characters existing in reality, even if they'd be unlikable. There isn't a single viable character in Alice Grove.

Physical position isn't relevant when there's this much of a mass difference. Tai being on top is symbolic of her desire to retake her power from the oppressive party (Menstro) but she lacks the might or social authority to do so without calling on her mate (Dora) who is sympathetic to the provider (Marten) who feeds her opressor's mate (Faye). She could use this to leverage Faye into making Menstro back off, but that means she will have openly admitted to her weakness and magnified it four times (using Dora to make Marten make Faye make Menstro do something) and it might not work due to the unclear power orientation between Marten and Faye. This risk of magnifying weakness without reward will likely stay Tai's hand in this regard, meaning that she is forced to confront Menstro in a purely physical holy shit, I went to a dark place for a second there. It was like I could see the social justice tapestry in all its horrific eldritch glory, but I can only remember bits and pieces of it. Like my mind isn't built to withstand these kinds of mental gymnastics.
