This a part of a hundred plus year plan, it eventually ends with global weather being managed and used a weapon. The shift from global warming to climate change was planned from the start.
The next step is getting the public on board with chemtrails(or as the director of the CIA recently called it 'stratospheric aerosol injection'), should be in full swing around 20 years after the initial global warming hysteria. Or 4-5 years from now.
The carbon credits scheme and ridiculous computer models were just distractions for the public. They've been heavily spraying for decades already.

Gulf stream will pivot south. It only affects Norway, Ireland, UK and Western France though, once you are East of there, the climate is essentially Continental. Baltic States and E Europe won't notice any difference.
