Running our own alternate DNS root that resolves the existing one plus our own domains that normies can't resolve just raises the bar slightly for participation, but not really any further than running Tor does to resolve .onion addresses. I think it'd be a net gain for us. Normies can't find it, but we can still find them.

We have a fanclub on reddit and tons of people come here to skim the site - we are on the edge of norminess, but we are not entirely outside it - which makes us a perfect medium for changing normie culture
