What I believe is that since different jobs have a different outcome, complexity and a benefit to the society, naturally some jobs are looked at as more important than others. I believe in a balance between equality and hierarchy. In democracy this and quite a lot of other things would not be possible, this is why the nazis are authoritarian. What I meant by my statement is that everyone must have the opportunity to prove themselves to be eligible to move to other professions more fit for them, or move people from professions that require things that they do not have to other sectors.
