The game uses a turn-based system where turns charge in real time a la FF7, but the robot on the far left only has spells that get stored for later use when cast. You can bank a shitload of charges of a damage spell and dump them all in the blink of an eye, or store revive charges for when your party gets nuked into the dirt. She's the best, but the dude on the far right gives her some serious competition.
