All that said, I think I could totally get away with it if they didn't shamelessly pad out a major arc with pages from Fight Club; it wasn't enough to flat out mimic parts, they even included Where Is My Mind in the soundtrack for fuck's sake. There's a line between homage and ripping off, which just makes me curious where they can even lead the relevant arcs for all the wrong reasons.
