The umbilical cords you collect/consume are all from Oedon, I believe. Or at least anytime Oedon is mentioned, it's always in the context that he's the dripping sound and the one procreating.

He's always mentioned as formless, but the dripping sound is kinda referenced as part of the emphasis on bodies of water like the lake/sea runes and whatnot. Also ties into Rom's location. I think Arianna's umbilical chord is undoubtedly related to Oedon, but the others probably not

The haziness of Bloodborne's timeline doesn't help either.
Loran was the first to fall to the beast scourge/(indirectly) Great Ones but it never says if that was before the time of Queen Yharnam (which is centuries if not far longer earlier than the game). Lawrence beckoned the Moon Presence but that clearly doesn't mean it's the first appearance of it since "the hunt" has existed for far longer.
