I am porky. I have a factory. I hire 99 minimum wage workers. If we assume that these workers get 99% of the value they produced that means that 1% is surplus value. I get 99 times 1% of the total value produced in surplus, which is the same as the minimum wage. I do, however, also have enough money to pay for, property rights, machines, input resources, repairs, insurance, and other things. This either means that every minimum wage worker can buy their own factory and hire 99 workers. Or minimum wage workers do not get 99% of the value they produced.

This is something a lot of people don't understand. Humans have not yet found a perfect system which isn't susceptible to corruption or decay. It is up to humans to keep these things in proper shape. Any system hinges on the leaders to be engaged in the well being of their country while also understanding not to abuse their power. Whether it is a single person as a king, a parliament, or a direct democracy. I also believe this is the theme that many didn't notice in LotGH. Most interpreted it as: "Democracy is bad but at least it isn't dictatorship XD"

Seeing as this is basically how any form of property arises out of a state of nature, it's pretty obvious that property is a concept based on the aggressive appropriation of the common stock of humanity.
