While meritocratcy can be used to justify a hegemony, there could be some sort of direkt technocracy or technocracy lite if you wanna call it thet way.
But each time I use it, I get either ignored or not taken seriously, so I stopped eventually.
This behavious is most likely due to the fact that most people associate thecnocracy with howards posts. While I disagree with many of his views, It is clear that he is economicly Left. Even though nazis and AnCaps are taken more serious tham him. I dont think that his posts are "bad", but thats my opinion.
