Titoism is having a Marxist-Leninist style revolution, and keeping most production under the control of a state central planning authority while allowing ancillary production (small shops that make non-essential things) to be owned as coops and compete in a market.
De Leonism is organizing the workplaces to have a majority of workers join IWW, then vote for socialist candidates in a bourgeois election, who will use the capitalist state to force the workplace into the hands of workers council, then adjourn the current government and convene a constitutional convention from within IWW to replace it with a council communist government.
OP doesn't list actual market socialism, and there's no market socialist flag so we just make do with the Titoist Yugo flag.
