"Rights" as objective, material things are complete rubbish under capitalism.

There's no time to discuss rights and no one cares to hear about them. People need things and must bring down those who stand in the way of acquiring them. Work on that reading comprehension user. Rights don't exist under capitalism because they are constrained by material reality. Rights are merely empty promises made and enabled by capital. Only through communism can rights be made to actually exist.

I disagree brother. The labor you have mixed with this land might not be labor I deem useful. You could deforest this forest for lumber when I was already hunting in it. Why should I continue to respect your right to the land and its resources even though you just destroyed it in my mind? And to what extent do you have to put in enough labor to claim the land: does simply fencing it in count as enough? Ownership can only be established through possession and occupation, anything more is arbitrary and a form of theft.
Socialism is none of those things, it is simply an economy where the workers' own the means of production. Though I do agree that taxation is theft, as is the private taxation of rent, and the robbery that is wage-labor.

If it would happen during the revolution i'd be suppressing all property with physical violence if necessary, along with other proletarians. Natural rights are an idealistic notion.

If property owners mix their labor with property and thats their justification for owning it, what about workers mixing their labor with the things they produce? by your own logic the workers are entitled to the means of production and fruits of their labor because they mix their labor every day working in the factory? /btfo
