No the argument that "no ethical consumption under capitalism" is meant to have is that just because someone is a socialist/communist/anarchist does not mean they should have to live in a commune somewhere out in the country. It does not mean that all your consumption habits are actually good and shouldn't be dealt with. Also I have no idea why you are equating the living conditions of the chicken someone eats to consuming products that use slave labor to be made.

Eating free range organic chicken or mass farmed chicken is not equatable to doing drugs which leads to cartels enslaving and killing more people or not doing drugs.

lifestylism != not drinking coffee since the raise in demand of coffee leads to market forces that increase the appeal of cash crops and thus the appeal for unethical third worlders to enslave people to make more coffee so that the raise in demand is met and they make their profit.
