The topics discussed: the soviets, the regime change, Putin's background, the state of democracy in the West and East, nuclear war, US diplomacy, Ukraine, Georgia, Syria, the Clintons, Edward Snowden, spying, etc…
let me line up to bootlick some russian-flavored kleptocrat
Landon Roberts
Putin isn't a leftist, he's a state capitalist, but one can only admire his Machiavellian genius. He's the corrective we need against US imperialism and global capital enforced by the Petrodollar.
He also isn't anti-communist, unlike western strongman types, who are all staunchly anti-communist.
Parker Butler
putins face on 0:54 in that webm, what does it mean?
Robert Harris
He's afraid of the coming nuclear holocaust
Henry Jackson
That sounds like bullshit. Source?
Blake Rivera
All the Russian outlets, RT in particular, are pretty critical of capitalism. A lot of communist movements and parties have good relationships with Russia. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation maintains good relationships with Putin despite being opposition.
Luke Sanchez
Watched the Colbert interview, Jesus Christ are all American media personalities brianwashed like that? He was literally asking: "can you give me something negative about Putin?"
Liberals are the new Neocons
David Fisher
I'm Queen Elizabeth, better start believing it since I said I was
Nolan Bell
Regardless of your opinion of Putin you can learn A LOT about 20th-21th century international politics by watching these. Or are you on the Russia hysteria train?
Gavin Butler
he's actually personally benefited from this arrangement so i'm at a loss why you actually believe russia stands against it
they only stand against when sanctions are levied against state oil companies there or when their own oil companies aren't winning.
Daniel Smith
maybe as far as the ME geopolitics, but 21st century russia is a porky paradise and you all are fools for idolizing putin and muh russia
Eli Miller
Who you talkin to?
Charles Collins
The KPRF is shit tho, they literally exist to soak up the ex-soviet elderly vote for Putin. Communists of Russia are an actual ML party however.
Liberals are the old neocons as well.
Daniel Carter
^ someone who actually understands
David Rodriguez
What I liked about the Castro interviews was that he seemed like a normal human being and gave his answers.
Putin is just spouting the same old phrases like he always does and comes across as the politician he is.
Caleb Sullivan
So is there a reason why you can't watch both (besides your feelings)?
Michael Allen
Did you even read what I wrote? If I wanted to hear Putin spout same old shit I could just watch any other interview or speech he's given.
The clips that have been posted here he's spouted a million times before.
John Johnson
It's a four hour documentary. "The shit" is often a very sensible diplomatic position. But I guess you know "your shit" too well to care.
It's not idolizing Russia. It's simply recomgnizing that Russia is our last hope to fight the barbarian americans.
Benjamin Powell
I don't support Putin, but I respect him.
I know he's an Oligarch with a Soviet fetish, but he loves his country and seems to love his people (even if he robs them).
He knows his history and doesn't fall in line with American imperialism.
Coming from an American.
Kayden Parker
...
Samuel Lee
My God!
Josiah Rodriguez
When are parts 3 and 4 coming out?
Liam Martin
Part 4 probably in 1-2 weeks.
Zachary Hughes
This is true if you realize that Russians don't see the CIS as independent, but as satellite states. Coming from someone who has friends from Kazakhstan and Belarus, I can also tell you that most of the citizens of the CIS states see it the same way, and they aren't even mad about it. They see Russians as brothers. Looks like the USSR wasn't so oppressive after all.
That being said, even by western standards, the Krimean seperation was probably justified by international law. t. law student
Elijah Cooper
Somehow Putin doesn't want NATO missile bases 5 kilometers from Russian borders.
Jason Myers

Jack Campbell
Unless you're being facetious, state capitalism refers to a situation where the state takes on the role of the capitalist class itself as opposed to being its tool.
Austin Ramirez
The trot is right. KPRF is a disgrace.
Owen Evans
uhm, no. that's not a marxist analysis and shows no understanding of how class works and what the role of the state is. the state is always a tool of the ruling class, never a class of itself.
state capitalism is the directly assumed control of one class through the state. that's either an underdeveloped socialist government transitioning towards socialism, or as in the case with putin the russian oligarchy that was and still is fighting off western corporations.
Lol no, Putin and Russia are no threat no the US, China on the other hand is.
Justin Kelly
Any higher quality torrents?
Jeremiah Baker
Chinese dominance is inevitable due to sheer volume.
Aaron Robinson
He only admires Stalin for political reasons. It is impossible to truly appreciate Stalin without also admiring Lenin as well.
Cameron Hughes
India will have more people eventually. Also their connection to the anglo world will provide a much needed edge against China.
Lucas Wright
thank you for sharing this you are doing gods work BUMP
Asher Anderson
Was pretty boring tbh. Nothing controversial or eye-opening to anyone who follows global politics. It was an interesting insight into Putin's outward public personality though. Might be a different story in the US where everyone seems to think Putin is literally evil incarnate.
Noah Price
Oh this is where all the Russian Capitalism bootlickers gather, the ones that derail every thread into irrational Anti-Spirals spooked hatred of american citizens You are fucking shills, you WILL be cast aside during the revolution Stalin was a faggot
Isaac Sanders
There is so much spooked and wrong with this statement.
Ian Gonzalez
Well under Putin most Russians are better off than under Yelzin. This is an objective fact.
Plus it's true that Yelzin was way worse than Putin, he would have sold out the entire economy to western cooperations eventually. So comparing to that - or to the nationalist cowboys in the opposition - he certainly is better.
Chase Richardson
How long until we learn he was an american spy? I mean, you can't fuck up that bad unless you are trying.
Hunter Adams
Putin wouldn't be in power if the US hadn't fucked Russia over during the 90s. He is basically Trump but actually competent but also just as porky.
