When you realize that your boss is actually just another prole like you and is honestly more exploited than you are because he spends upwards of 50 hours a week at work with shit pay and almost no benefits or time off and the people who actually have power over our lives and well-being are so far above our heads that there is literally no chance i will ever even meet them because they are in some beach house in Florida on what is essentially a never ending vacation.

My boss has been working for uhaul for over a decade and gets shit on constantly even though he runs one of the most successful stores in the marketing company. He works like 55 hours a week and only gets one day off.

If you adjust his salary to hourly he would actually make less money than me.

He has kept me from Losing my job multiple times and gives me pot when I pull 12 hour shifts.
