ALSO, another actor commented on this situation, i can't remember his first name but his last name was ironically baldwin but he's not related, he said he's used that exact gun that alec used, and it literally cannot be fired without having your finger on the trigger, when alec claimed some how it went off without his finger on the trigger. plus there was a fuck ton of eye witnesses. This is literally a person getting away without right criminal negligence and manslaughter if not out right murder.
