What I find most funny is that autists here call the opposition socialists, while they were in power since around the fall of Pérez Jiménez's dictatorship and did nothing but sell the country to the US as any other country. This is pretty much what the government is currently doing, paying its debt timely like they would otherwise do.

We can't give you a real-world example of "true socialism" because true socialism was never a thing. Every socialist government of the 20th century presided over a country where the conditions for socialism were not there, and their main concern was not creating Socialism but simply securing the survival of the revolution through a command economy.
