I actually joined that discord and got through the vetting.
You have to provide them with a picture of your hand (or your "white passing" friend's hand as you may have guessed, although they will ask for additional "confirmation" that you're white if they smell something fishy and if you go into your interrogation speaking ebonics they're gonna kick you out obviously) and go through an interrogation via microphone with one of their mods.
