The reason for a lack of economic development, fragile political and social structures (and low Autism Levels/whatever other measure of "intelligence" you're interested in) in sub-Saharan Africa can all be explained, if you are willing to actually study history. If you're poor you don't get access to better education nor food, and growing up with lack of nutrients will make you dumb even if you were born a genius.

Why isn't this underdevelopment a sign of inferiority, especially considering they've have had hundreds of years in which the white nations have more or less lead by example, why haven't they simply made an attempt to copy us?
And if this diversity(read: borders issue) thing is such a bad thing, why is the left so quick to embrace it as a wonderful new resource in the west?

Also, assuming you're right that they are "retarded" because they're poor and it is an impossible loop to bounce out of, what should western nations do about it? Should we just accept that a large part of hospitable land is simply inhabited by people who will use it for essentially nothing?
What should Europe do in say 50 years when the African population reaches staggering new heights and large numbers inevitably decide to migrate north?

That's not how humans work. We won't copy another culture's behaviour if it doesn't make material sense for us to make that change at the time. Humans change their social system when the previous one stops working for them. The pre-agrarian mode of production was working fine for Africa, before colonialism forced the change out of it.

Educate, agitate, organize. That's what we should always be doing. These people might be stupid in some respects, but not in others. They are humans, with basic cognitive reasoning skills and a desire to improve their lives and the lives of their communities, like all humans. The reason so many migrants come from places like this is because they want to do just that; they want to make a better life for themselves and their families.

Western "nations" can do nothing, really, in the big picture - they are capitalist states, and will reproduce themselves in their own image, as all capitalist states attempt to do.

Western workers, western humans of the world, can find ways to help educate, politically organize, and improve the lives of people in these places by giving them the tools to improve their own lives at home.

The answer to the nationalist's concerns about immigration is, fundamentally and in the long-term, internationalism. You cannot stop humans from seeking a better life. They will come to your country for a better life if it is illegal or not. The only way to actually solve the migrant crisis, is to make "home" a place people want to stay in.

Do you think industrialization happens out of thin air or something? Historically africa got screwed because they didn't understood the interest and trade the jewish bankers managed so lots of commodities native to africa like coffee were being produced somewhere else in a larger profit margin so african commodities could not compete screwing their economies in the long term. So if they agriculture could not be profitable they can't industrialize and if they don't industrialize there can't be public welfare for school and hospitals.
