Calling Hitler a capitalist is kind of silly since the WW2 from the Germany's part was pretty much a rebellion against the financial capitalist system. That's what the whole corporatism was all about. That's why it was mainly supported by the industrialists.

Around the late 19th and early 20th century the industrial corporations had become large enough to finance their expansion from the profit generated from the production alone and no longer needed to take loans from the bankers. The international bankers noticed that they were about to lose their main source of income, so they started to grant loans to the socialist parties who wished to socialize the means of production from the industrialists. Those socialist parties also promised all sort of expensive welfare programs as well which are expensive and need to be financed somehow. The financial bankers saw an opportunity there. Since the industrialists were no longer reliable customers for their services, the international bankers found a new customer from the socialist governments. Obviously the international bankers didn't live in a country with a socialist government themselves, but rather financed the socialist political parties of foreign nations.

So in a way, the second world war was basically a war between fascist industrialists and liberal financial capitalists who financed communism. A lot of those international bankers were Jewish so that's why you got the whole antisemitism thing going on and also why industrialists like Henry Ford were so antisemitic.

Yeah, exactly. During the Marx's time the factories were mainly owned by bankers essentially, but half a century later things changed. The factories had to hire clerks to do all sort of paper work to make the factories more efficient. Those clerks ended up becoming the managers of the factories and suddenly the factories were no longer in control of the capitalists. The managers like the CEO usually run the show while the "ownership" is decentralized in the stock market and many of the "owners" only own a fraction of the "means of production". The point here is that the factories were no longer ran by an individual, often a banker, who managed them like a despot. That's how it still was during the Marx's time, but things changes as the so called "middle class" emerged from the factory clerks who ended up running the show and to some extend still do to this day.
