If the revolution is not global it will always end up being an authoritarian state like the URSS, China, North Korea etc.
If its global it will end in multiple authoritarian states. It only takes one of the revolution leaders to decide he doesn't like what another is doing, and everything spirals out of control.

I can offer solutions to specific problems, but those are not indeed the big solutions.
I don't know what they ought to be. But I don't think that is relevant at the current stage, either: we must build a movement and from that movement, our solutions will arise. The current struggle is ideological in nature: how to free ourselves from the ideology that makes change impossible, and so on.
I'm very Zizekian when it comes to this. We can not currently imagine or theoretize how exactly should we organize ourselves tomorrow. We hardly have a very clear picture of where we are today.
We can learn from the previous revolutions, of course: for example, from China we can take that we should build the post-revolution movement in a very inclusive way. In particular, we need to include all generations, not only the young. The young can get too violent and too quick to make expensive mistakes.
