Post-wwii japan

what do you think, Holla Forums?

I personally think its autism. japan was nothing like vietnam or korea, soviet occupation would have been strongly opposed. japan's citizens would much rather deal with the US than with communists.

It's a meme, just like the "million US soldiers will die invading"
They were simply live tests of the bomb along with a political statement to the USSR and other world powers

Socialism with Japanese characteristics. I like it.

for me it's pretty obvious that US was signalling to soviets to stay the fuck off

well soviets steamrolled japs on the mainland
they had battle hardened army and experienced officer corps

I doubt the Soviets would have invaded Japan. They didn't even bother invading all of Korea.

Japanese people would cling closer to the United States, anime would of been made about them and if take back from the soviets the occupied side would of hailed them as heroes for saving and reunify Japan.
ITT Japan would of either of gotten massive boner for the USA and loved USA-chan or would stay split under heavy totalitarian communist leadership maybe like Korea but with a new emperor of north Japan

The atom bombs was a literally war crime, to ensure USA domination post ww2. Japan was just a easy target……. revenge perl harbour right? :^)

without the atomic bombs, the Soviets would've probably occupied the entire Korean peninsula, and Red China would've won the civil war by the end of 1946.

this

Well, either way, they castrated the noble Japanese culture and turned it into the perverted bullshit that it is today. They just live under the capitalist side of the coin rather than the communist one

what did he mean by this?

heh

He probably thinks things like Nanking never happened.

War isn't pretty. Sometimes things we might consider detestable to our modern senses happen during war. It's part of life. Though in the case of Nanking, the damage was greatly exaggerated by the Chicoms as propaganda and slander, especially considering that Bushido prohibits this kind of behavior.

im so tired of this meme, it's holodomor tier nonsense

...

now this is interesting
have any infographs to back that up? :^)

etc etc

Soviets didn't have the naval transport capacity to take serious territory in Japan before the US did, although they would've been able to push for all of Korea and taken over much of the Japanese empire in China.

Also if the war lasted longer we're talking about millions more dead and a catastrophic famine, Japan barely survived the 1945-46 winter when they surrendered in August.

burden of proof is on you bud

huh, I should prove that Nanking is a meme?

prove it's more than a meme

I know it's hard for a materialist like you to understand, but yes, the honorable Nazi culture of Japan allowed a deep connection with the gods, and the principle of Bushido guided them. Of course, now that's all been bastardized ever since the Jews took control, but I believe that in the near future the glory of Bushido will return.

My point is that it didn't happen.
