Well Asians have testably higher Autism Levels than white people and also less exposure to black culture, so whether you believe race science or not it's pretty clear why. As for Middle Eastern countries, it isn't "most", but even if it was fine compare them to European countries with even more white people. Also some of them literally cut off your hand for stealing so crime definitely carries harsher sentences.

Any first year psych class will tell you intelligence is at least 70% heritable, and also confess Autism Level is related to success in modern life. Raven's Progressive Matrices are environment/upbringing independent and consistently show specifically blacks as having vastly lower Autism Levels than most other race groups.
