The mods should start to decide what they want this place to be. Right now moderation is between two worlds, allowing shitposting & Nazis here and there but moderating harmless stuff away: either moderate harshly and keep the place free from Holla Forumsyps and derailing, or don't and allow shitposting and stupid meme threads. Make clear rules and abide by them.

Holla Forums's moderation is very strict. Their tolerance level for dissent is almost non-existent. If I get banned from both Holla Forums and Holla Forums, I must be doing something right. People literally polarize their views just to fit in. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it. Class is important to me. But my disability and my special needs re: that disability are very important to my quality of life. My sexual orientation is also part of me. I don't usually give it much thought. But most people do think it's weird as fuck if I fantasize about being a woman and having sex with men. They think that I should just be a regular gay (I like women too. Bis are looked down upon too). They say "Why do I have to be a woman?" Stuff like that.
