plenty of studies have shown that people liking their bodies actually makes it easier to be healthy. not only that but if people had more free time and access to high quality food, since most people want to lose weight they would do so. a few people who you find Icky liking their bodies is not a big deal. you don't even need some "obesity discouragement program" let people decide for themselves. promote exercise and good nutrition without body size because it is obvious to anyone with common sense that some people have an easier time staying skinny than others.
