It means that they adhere to hierarchy and favour being part of "something greater". And use nature as an excuse to be dominated by their "Fuhrer". It is essentially bootlicking, but with an excuse to do so. Think of it like this. Filthy NEET can't think of a way to get a girlfriend or job. Some delusional person comes along (either legit crazy like Hitler, or playing along like Trump), tells these filthy NEET's that they can inherit the world, but only if they give up their individuality in favour of becoming a slave to "Fuhrer's" cause. Because filthy NEET's have never had any purpose in their lives, nor gf/job they accept give in to their desire and become oppressed while liking every single second of it. Hitler purged the actual socialists (who were the German version of NazBols) and decided that the capitalist investors were more useful, because of their funding and industrial complex. So Hitler decided on a capitalist financial structure while lying to the people and claiming to implement state socialism. So the workers got nothing more than a welfare state with an extreme expansive financial policy. Building infrastructure, uniforms, small arms, tanks, planes, submarines, ships, housing, and railways. All to keep to flow of capital going and make his country interesting for further investors. the workers didn't know any better since they had jobs for the first time in almost a decade. All while Hitler was building up his army to get revenge for WW1. And he also needed to pay back the loans somehow. And a way to do so is by invading countries, take their resources and manpower, sell the land to capitalists, and take their tax money.

Because a confident, strong, handsome man wouldn't have the sort of massive insecurities that require spooky pseudo-science to compensate for.
