Cuban doctors aren't really a good comparison for what I said earlier anyway. They might get paid fucking pittance but the state still pays them and expects them to work to keep getting money and support. Even making them move thousands of miles away from their family, which sounds like not fun.

But what that user said earlier is that if I were a doctor in a true communist country I would get everything for free and there's no established state to stop me from getting everything for free and nobody privately owns anything so I could take and use what I like because everybody owns everything. So then why should I work?
