What are easy to run games on Linux?
I have 8gb storage avaible.

Source games run pretty smooth
but most older titles will do too though you likely will have to check the wineDB for th dependencies since you cant rely on the installs doing that.

Two other things: Use firejail and delete the Z: drive from your wine directory to keep any programs from shitting into your actual system
Use multiple wine directories for different games and stay away from winetricks GUI, it's dogshit just use the cli

One of the things I missed the most about playing on Windows (besides fucking around with MUGEN) was a custom build of the 1964 Emulator made for playing Goldeneye and Perfect Dark with mouse and keyboard. The emulator worked fine via WINE but the "mouse injector" program that came alongside didn't work. I checked today and it has been updated so the Injector comes in the emulator itself as a plugin, so now I can play Perfect Dark and abuse the shit out of the game. It runs without issue in Xubuntu 16.04, so here's the link if you goyim want to try it.

That's kind of true, but only on some emulators like PPSSPP and Dolphin. Snes9X, Fceux and Mednafen cores all run pretty nicely on Retroarch.

Mint isn't a great choice for gaming if you have an AMD card, since it's based off Ubuntu's LTS release and uses ancient Mesa releases.

All mainline Serious Sam games run natively in Linux, although you'll need github.com/rcgordon/Serious-Engine for TFE/TSE and SS2's semi-official Linux build can be found floating around somewhere.

Does anyone have some goddamn cracked libsteam_api.so files? Every single fucking game I've downloaded trying to find them is either a GOG game or a Steam game that doesn't actually use Steam as DRM so doesn't have the cracked steam libraries. I will give you my first born child if you can provide these or point me to somewhere I can get them.

Old games run better on WINE than on Windows. Considering how pretty much all the good games are old games and the modern games tend to suck ass, Linux is actually a better option for gaming than Windows.

I want the cracked Steam libraries so I don't need to use Steam, I've already tried running the game in WINE and had no luck. Why is it so fucking difficult to get the cracked .so files. I've seen a dozen posts from some random faggot on Reddit and elsewhere saying "just like get cracked .so file" as if they'd be the first result when searched for but I can't find them fucking anywhere.

Terraria, I own the fucking game, but mods don't work with the GOG version, so I need to pirate the Steam version, but I can't get the windows version working in WINE so am reduced to trying to locate cracked steam Linux libraries to play the fucking thing.

Barring a couple exceptions, (metalslug, etc.) arcade games have about as much depth as your average modern mobile game. They might be fun for five minutes and then the repetition starts to weigh on you. And I don't have ADHD, I promise.
