Haha, no. Paris Commune was destroyed almost instantly. The Western countries invaded Soviet Russia in 1918 to put down the Reds. Those same countries initially saw fascism as a bulwark against communism and were happy to trade with them, until Germany and Italy started threatening British and French imperial interests.
