I actually did give these systems a chance, but I bailed on the 360 when I had two of them red-ring on me in 6 months. I waited to see what would happen with the XBone and now I'm glad I didn't get one, what a dumpster fire.
I don't understand the approach. I'm sure the people running the show know more than me, but if I'm them, I throw a bunch of money at making sure there are several excellent exclusives a year, making the power of the system a selling point again, and so on.
I've seen a bunch of them for sale locally with several well-known games for really cheap, and even then I just don't want one.

4K is a dumb meme, no game has enough graphical fidelity to make it noticeable. It's a better use of increased performance to up the framerate and/or add more anti-aliasing, which improves image quality without the huge drop in performance 4k resolutions cause.
Yeah most games with 4K are locked to 30fps. They should let people pick between 1080p/60fps and 4k/30fps. The only game I've found with 4k/60fps is Killer Instinct.

I own XB1, PS4, and a shitty laptop that can play low-intensive games like L4D2, and I play Xbox the most. I would switch to PC with proper rig because I feel like online I'd be less likely to run into nigs and little mexican kids because they can't afford a gaming PC.
