And offensive characters normally get a name change.
I knew i guy who played a skeleton wizard named Bonerific. Never did anything offensive and was pretty helpful.
Hes name gets allowed for years, even mods didn't care.
Mods get changed somewhere in 2015 or so and wham, gets a name change ticket.

Champions Online, it's best feature is the character creator really. I don't remember it being too bullshit about F2P hooks though.

Subtle ones last longer, i once saw a Shyguy clone, adn one of the undertale skeletons using the name Helvetica
