What do you think?
I've been hearing a lot about this game but it looks like one of those indie games that would be pozzed to hell...
probably not but it can't hurt to dream
is that a mod or just a an evil gif made to tease?
its a good game.
Good to know you're able to read minds and his actual intentions go against what he explicitly said
You're not supposed to do it all at once genius, you're supposed to manage your time during the month. Not sure how you missed that.
You're supposed to be spending it farming user. It's why it's a farming game.
1: You're in a town, making a small as fuck town ruins immersion
2: Refer to my previous point of a horse.
3:Even without a horse i never had any issues with time when moving, but I didn't dawdle like an idiot, I actually knew where I was going. You two seem to just be shit at managing your time resource.
It's ok, just more of the same though. Doesn't do anything particularly interesting
I'm speechless, have you faggots even played the series you're talking up? I've played roughly 8 or 9 Harvest Moon games and here's my evaluation:
While the characters in Stardew Valley are somewhat bland and/or lame, this game actually understands the Harvest Moon series better than anyone at Marvelous has for over a decade. I would put it right up there with the best games in the Harvest Moon series. The only thing I can't say about this game so far is whether it has a proper End, or if it's another non-game pile of wasted potential like Friends of Mineral Town was. Would really hate if it's the latter.
It doesn't have a definite end, and after patch 1.05 the evaluation after two years (the final end goal, in a way) is both repeatable and much more lenient than it used to be.
I really don't know what problem people have with endless grind in Harvest Moon games. Back when we weren't allowed to do it that was what everybody wanted, but now it's suddenly mandatory that you lose all your progress after a while for a Harvest Moon game to be good.
It's important for the grind to end in order for it to be an actual game: a test of skill. Evaluation time is essentially where you find out your high score. Part of the fun of replaying the best Harvest Moon games is that skill essentially boils down to strategizing how to plan your weeks and days in order to end with the most accomplished. That's disappointing to hear the evaluation is easy to ace. Harvest Moon 64 is great because you really have to put a lot of thought and effort in to get that party picture at the end.
Even i know that faster diagonal movement is an amateur game dev fault, "animals make money so they are useful" but FOR WHAT PURPOSE FAGGOT, this user at least argumented about my points
All in all, i meant that the dev put features there "because rune factory/HM have them!11!!", but without adding a purpose.
Monsters on RF/HM can be trained to help to farm=>You have more room for farm management=>Now you have more time available=>That means you can go deep into other game mechanics.
Like shelling out a decent combat system, so it's more than ARCING-SLASH.
And don't get me started on enemies AI, fuck that shit is basic as fuck and doesn't feel rewarding: Thougher enemies mean MORE DAMAGE TO YOU LOL, FUCK BETTER PATTERNS.
Or maybe more complex dungeons, instead of getting a 100lvl copy-pasted shit, thought to be completed on segments of 10 lvl(per checkpoint i think) per day. That shows the dev wanted you to rush it, not to enjoy it. And it also shows that the margin of time given by the dev is shit.
Also >You two seem to just be shit at managing your time resource
No faggot, i'm saying that making a game so you have to rush it's the opposite of comfy, i never felt so pressured on the RF games as i felt on SV
also best sister right there
