FUCK YOU
When I buy clothes that don't fit right after they go through the wash or if I buy a new kitchen appliance that's absolute shit quality, does "too many refunds" constitute abuse? Fuck Steam for this shit. I've never even heard of such a policy anywhere.
Bottom line: If I buy a game and it has utter shit controls, cheap mechanics, or anything else that detracts from my consumer experience, I am refunding it.
The only reason why I buy games from Steam is because of their relatively new refund policy.
If Steam starts claiming "refund abuse" then I am definitely going back to pirating my games.
