I've been following uploads and streams of DDLC to see if how it propagates through channels and develops a cancerous following. It's been a month and a week since the initial release and so far the most viewed thing still has less than half a million views, so if Cuphead stays popular for a while longer and DDLC doesn't get any more content updates it may actually fly under the radar and stay at minor cult levels of popularity, which would help naturally curate fan content created. I just thought most of you normalfags were satisfied with infesting halfchan but apparently that still isn't enough.

Ghost Recon Wildlands. I really hate a lot about this game, but the few things that I like about it make me want to play it. The game is huge and it's really pretty, but you've probably seen the entire game in terms of gameplay when you've completed the first province. The customization is nice, but parts are scattered across the fuckhuge map for blatant padding and otherwise having no reason to explore half the map. The writing is absolutely terrible, but the setting is nice enough. The AI is beyond retarded and the game can be buggy as hell from time to time when you least need it, but there's small moments where things somewhat click and you have fun.

All in all the game screams missed potential. There's obviously still talent at Ubisoft, but it's completely misdirected or shoved to the side to make room for unnecessary additions like fucking skill trees.

I don't think the game has what it takes to be anything more than the flavor of the month. The game exists solely for the twist. Beyond that there's just not much to it, and I think people will run out of shit to talk about before it becomes some permanent meme game like undertale. The story would have been much more effective if it had fleshed out the characters through proper routes/ends and then went all meta during what the player would think is the true route. Also I think H would have made the game better. Imagine how much more pitiable Monika would be if, with her limited omnipotence, she got cucked through every route until she finally snapped in the end and fucks you in a never ending loop

Yeah it definitely doesn't have enough substance to last. It's a nice little self contained passion project with a few background touches with the various dice rolls it does for random effects and special poems to make a semi-unique experience for each player's runthrough, but it feels more complete than the whole GASTER nonsense, even without any more content updates. It feels almost like how the first FNAF was, maybe a bit more "lore" in hidden messages and things, but hopefully the weeb aesthetic will prevent it from blowing up jihad style.

Playing MP Doom and I finally finished Blood Coop with some 8ch user. Had lots of fun. I really should complete that game in SP one day, so I would actually get good enough to not cause troubles all the time.
