love how you say i strawman and namecall, then proceed to type a 3 row ad hominem. nicely projects your feels>reals mentality.
the economic situation in europe has been in steady decline since 2008, having already split europe into poor southern and rich northern countries. this will result in massive waves of immigration, that will also lower the quality of life in northern countries as well. This is exactly the point where people can either be demagogued into right wing populism, turning them against their fellow proletarians, or made to understand that in every country there's a ruling elite artificially creating austerity. Austerity is the key in creating class consciousness, as it both makes proletarians out of petty-bourgeoisie and also bonds the working class in struggle.
Again you're reifying spooks, most immigrants I've met speak perfectly well english first of all, and their reactionary tendencies are secondary in nature to the common struggles we all face as proletarians. I do not condone any reactionary form of thought, but those are easily shed after 2-3 generations of assimilating the dominant ideology. A key factor here is common struggle, people come here and see that the only ones helping them and giving a shit are leftists, so they ask themselves who has more in common with me? with whom lay my interests? I know many immigrants that joined labour strikers and marches of their of volition after being provided for by leftist self-organized groups (mostly anarchists) and the communist party, since they finally realize through common struggle the underlying totality that is the oppression of the capitalist system itself created their situation.
Nice projection, but I'm actually heavily involved in leftist initiatives. The one roleplaying being a leftist while spewing right wing populist rhetoric is you.
why do you think that letting immigrants in will disrupt the revolutionary potential of these countries? how will in your twisted worldview support for right wing populist mentality of "them vs us" that averts the masses from class consciousness actually help the revolutionary cause?
It has nothing to do with morals. The proletariat must simply not be divided by any arbitrary grouping set in place by the bourgeoisie, be it race or nation or any other spook you love.
Right wing populism will lead to a revolution in 10 years? wew lad are you b8ing?
Communist internationalism and liberal globalism are 2 distinct things. International solidarity between workers has nothing to do with liberal "multi-culturalistic tolerance" aka alienation of the proletariat. Like it's conservative counterpart that is right wing populism, it is also a mode of alienation, but instead of outright hate they use the concept of an laissez-faire tolerance of the other. The end goal is still the same though, division of the world proletariat.
