I decided to bite the bullet and play this Xpiratez mod it's a massive overhaul Mod of the original Xcom using OpenXcom. Holy fucking shit this is completely nuts. I came in expecting a terrible porn mod and instead I get some bastard cross of Heavy Metal and cyberpunk with the most mannish women you've ever seen.

So far my biggest complaint is that it's still using Xcom's UI to cram all this new stuff into it so it looks kind of weird and still has that mod feel.

Any Mods or Xcom games you've been enjoying lately?

I get burnt out on this shit hut its pretty fun. I know the guy wanted to add environmental fatuige damage which sounds like a pain in the ass. The one thing that pisses me off was that your gals started to take large sums of money as a salary as they ranked up, which seems like a punishment for playing smart.
Also star gods have fucked me on 2 play through already.

Actually I'm in the middle of playing and I figured I'd wait a few hours. The fatigue damage is in now, since this is the latest version. I feel less like a pirate and more like a giant amazon empire.

Last I remember about my game was that I was on a progrom with the Humanist faction, they have started rolling out the heavy soldiers and tanks now.
I wonder what else that faggot added, I feel like he may start adding shit just because its hard, not because it adds anything.
That being said I would still play the fuck out of it.

I have so many options it's kind of overwhelming, all progroms bring out the vehicles now so those little ratmen will surprise you really quickly. Luckily until the Mutant Alliance option is researched progroms can be ignored indefinitely, the first year is basically coasting on raids, rescuing sex slave gals, hunts until you can shoot down vessels. Sometimes these missions will turn around on it's head and you mercifully kill the poor bastards with space aids, the mod never mentions or indicates this is what is going to happen. They're pretty harmless too, they just roam around until they get close to the ship. Monster hunts progressively become less and less to do with hunting monsters, and the zombie apocalypse surprise might sometimes hide a chryssalid just to fuck you.

Underwater missions were a big surprise for me when I started to play again, and my shota harem grows ever larger with each church raid. The mod adds so much shit it hard to keep up with.

and got some defender armor as loot for it. That gal I gave it to kicked so much ass. I gave her the blunderbuss and brass knuckles and she tore up so much ass. Fuck now I wanna play this game again. I never even managed to reach space in all of my playthrough but apparently you can preform high atmospheric raids once you get a ship capable of space flight.

The key to your budget is manufacturing that is where the primary source of your income will come from, especially early on otherwise you'll just barely break even.

Actually what I really have is getting a big dick about having good weapons and armor, then taking a heavy shotgun to the face when I try to rush the mission.
Apples are a pretty good reward and sell for mad cash once you get the liquor you can make from them.

I tried out new weapons and units like the attack dog in OpenXcom. The shotgun and the dog are extremely strong early game.

RNG must be on my side, since I consistently survive the shotguns to my face unless they're raiders or better. Of course sometimes I'll end up with most wounded and have to wait to recover but compared to the kind shit you'll be dealing with in pogroms and defence missions I'd say it's a nice bonus. Although i find that some of the weapon damage I'm receiving early game a bit ridiculous , literally just standing there getting shot point blank for turns on end and my gals will more likely fall unconscious from bleeding then any injuries they take.

On a scale of 1 to 10 how disappointing will Phoenix Point be?

They have a natural armor of 20 and way more health. They tend to fair better than regular rookies, which is good considering they need a much larger time investment to beome competent.

So I have been sitting on the codex because this new RNG got me early but I'm not sure which one I should go for? I've had bad experiences with Voodoo so i'm thinking more along the lines of Red or Green.

Do NOT underestimate the TU gain and stamina. I;ve seens my baddest bitches do some crazy shit when they have that much TU's to burn.

Only two of the codexes establishes anything straight forward. The other two are still vague, but I went Green so we'll see. The RNG basically gave me a means to earn passive income by turning all me slaves into an illegal prostitution ring. So I'm going to do that with one of my bases so it's not just a pointless money sink to have a spy outpost.

If you want to take the time to do all the spritework yourself, you probably could. And they're sluts anyways, there is practically degeneracy oozing the entire Bootypedia. Shota sex slaves?
