Why the fuck is this DLC to begin with? Was it to keep retarded journokikes and e-celebs from immediately hopping into the hard mode and decrying the game to be the “SMTIV of Persona games” because they’d find it too difficult? And at that sort of file size, either it could have probably been included in the base file anyhow (and not have had to be DLC), or it’s a fucking unlock for disc locked content (which shouldn’t have been DLC to begin with). All that I can see is that, some years down the line when the native PS3 (and eventually PS4) PSN goes down, new players aren’t going to be able to access a fucking difficulty mode that either should have been in the game to begin with, or is on the disc but they don’t have the lock pick for it.

Demon's Souls and Dark Souls are good though. Can't speak personally for II and III, or Bloodborne though, as I didn't have much interest in II (I saw the shit a friend had to put up with with that game), and I don't have a PS4 for the latter two.

I hate DaS with a passion. It ruined a DeS by making the game open world. BB is still probably my most favorite souls game.

And of course, whilst time in the spotlight, like "Hackers on steroids" and the recent "8ch is a white supremacy group" are funny, they really do a number on quality in the long run.

And yeah, after imageboards, I can't go back to communities with identities and accountability. Even if that means no one here really wants to talk about the games I want to discuss at this point, I can't go elsewhere, even to another *chan.

There's a few issues with trying to make an imageboard like the ones there used to be (go look at overchan for an idea of just how many now dead imageboards litter the net; only a few are even active anymore):

I think most namefag sites do, or at least have site-celeb/moderation cock sucking. Reddit's issue is that they don't stay contained there, infest everywhere else on the net to some degree, and much like Commiefornian liberals, they bring the values that make their place such a shithole everywhere else they go.

Much as I've enjoyed my time here (moreso in past years), 8ch has been an experiment. There's a big reason why Holla Forums and Holla Forums have been the long standing most popular boards on the site, and only a handful of boards even active with over 100 posters here, and it's NOT simply that half/v/ and half/pol/ had exoduses over GG and Holla Forumsharbor, respectively.
