what we need is a kind of carl sagan of marxism: somebody who speaks in everyday language about marxian economics.
bourgeoisie = "ruling elite", "the elite", "the 1%", "corporatists", "the owners" or just capitalists
proletariat = "workers", "the people", "the 99%", "the producers"
socialism = "democratic workplaces", "cooperatives", "public ownership"
capitalism = "corporatism", "corporatocracy" or just capitalism
communism = "post-scarcity", "automation", "expanded leisure hours" (not accurate but it's a start for many libs/libertarians)
imperialism = "interventionist foreign policy"
bourgeois dictatorship = "money in politics", "special interests"
proletarian dictatorship = "real democracy"
