Convince everyone to stop watching tv

I'm curious if it'd be easier or more difficult to radicalize people in North Africa compared to North America.

Best thing I can imagine is remembering core principles from important books to the ideology you wish to spread, and speak them, or hand out these books yourself.

Talk to them I guess

Don't start by criticizing them or their way of life or beliefs. Find common ground in the struggles you experience as workers and take it from there.

When will the cold war end?
At what point will the general population educate themselves on terms such as underdeveloped, developing and developed world/economies?

Convince them to invade Europe spreading communism

Tbh fam it's just so ingrained in vocabulary its easy to just say 1st/2nd/3rd world
doesnt make a huge difference right
Also cold war never really ended with the current russia scare we see in US politics - particularly on the neoliberal democratic LEFT

Tell them that revolution in the third world is impossible and only the first world has any potential

I once read that in Morocco rural people vote for secular parties and city people vote for Islamist parties. Is that true? Goes against the general trend of pretty much every other Muslim country

If you're not sure about using words like socialism and communism, try to be descriptive instead. Also people might be more receptive if you manage to link your ideology with the history of your country in a positive way.

Stamp out religion and work to oppose imperialism

I think it would be easier, these people are well aware of what capitalism and imperialism do

...

Thats why I use quotation marks fam

resurrect Sankara

Congratulations, you live in the most exploited lands of the world.
Just refer to this man: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Sankara
And emphasize how much good he did, and how all the land's resources are used to make bullshit consumer bullcrap for people in wholly different places that buy those things YOU make for the same amount of money I imagine you people earn for a whole day's labor in some places.

how do you define if an economy is developed or not?

protip you cant
just subvert some tuaregs and start a commune in the desert

Sankara was sub-Saharan though, not from North Africa

North Africa is different from sub-Saharan Africa dingus

They voted for the guy in the OP picture, some voted for the amazigh identity and some voted for because they were paid to do so. he is the head of the "castle's party" who was created to counter balance Islamist party.

He is a secular but a lot of the people are opposed to him because of that and the fact that he is a highschool drop out (although he has a private degree in philosophy) and he is the head of the bourgoisie.

Although he is still a socialist at heart and he would quote Marx in interviews and say "Now is not the time", "I'm not a traitor".

We had the ellection 3 months ago but still no government is formed because of the blockade since Ilyas refuse to ally with the Islamist party who got the most votes because of ideological differences and all of the conspiracy theories are blaming him for the blockade.

Yeh, burkina faso is also not north african. Doesn't mean I can't look towards it.

By its size, how industrialized it is and is it geared towards service economy/industrial economy or is it still based around production of raw materials for developed/developing economies.

min waynak ya habibi?

id say a more developed economy is a country that can produce raw materials, process them in their own internal industry and consume the product themselves
an underdeveloped economy would belong in a country that requires one of the first two to be imported

Morocco. I also have a huge interest in Algeria politics.

Thank you for this comrade. How did the Arab Spring affect Morocco, considering its epicentre in Tunisia was nearby?

Morocco?
isnt Morocco owned by a king? who's best friends with Spains king?
and Spanish citizens still get to do whatever they want in Morocco without worrying about the law because Moroccos king has an 'understanding' with Spains king
Morocco is straight up weird in an age where every islamic nation is either a dictatorship or islamic fundamentalist

Arab politics is pretty depressing. In Egypt you have Sisi (la3natullah alayh). In morocco Malik Kalb.

We had a small thing called "Mouvement 20 fevrier" but it was nipped in the bud by the king giving a speech and promissing a reform, we had a referendum on some new laws drafted by the government and the people could just vote yes or no, "the people" "voted" 99% yes.

Not really, we have really dodgy relationships with Spain and France, sometimes we are bestfriends, sometimes we are enemies depending on them supporting us or no in the Western Sahara conflict.

Ask them if they like their boss. If they don't, build on that rapport.

sounds pretty pointless
like a prestige thing more than anything else

Are leftist parties big? It seems that a lot of popular movements in the Islamic world gets taken over by Islamist. Do you think you can find common ground with them a lot of them don't really care about economics but rather Islam and opposition to secularism?

Islamists always turn around and destroy leftists when they seize power in the Arab world. They're enemies of the left.

I run a company, although it's self run mostly and I have about 12 people helping me. but part of my work is knowing and working with factory owners that buy French machineries for millons of Euros and have them automated partly by us. so these factories have less and less people I can talk to, most of the workers I meet are builders, techniciens working on the wiring, plumbing..

Not ours to be honest, I was positively surprised by how well the Islamist party did the past 4 years.

Morocco's politics are a facade anyway, the king runs everything, the Islamist party runs into a brick wall.

Also Benkirane the head of the Islamist party and all of his partners started out fundamentalists who actually did jail time because of that and distanced themselves more and more from fundamentalist ideologies, his economical policies were sound and he did much better for the people than the leftist parties that rulled the country for the past 50 years did, although it's easy to tell he's getting strongarmed by the king and his surrounding, last thing they want is someone with a lot of popularity, so Benkirane gets a lot of bad rep from the media, also the king himself is pretty secular, I suspect that the only reason Morocco is still oficially a Muslim country because the king's legitimacy is religious.

But lately he outright banned the manufacturing and selling of Burkas
And in a previous speech he called a lot of the agreed on Islamic principles backward and called the idea of 72 virgins, Music being a sin imaginary silly talk.

Such a weird contradiction. He would like to claim his authority is from Allah but at the same time say things that are agreed upon (i3jma) are "backward" or incorrect it is so strange to me. I hate this hypocrisy from people. You cannot be amirul mumineen and claim that their are no hoor al a3yn or niqab isn't sunnah. Islamists parties around the islamic world have had a resurgence people didn't like the oppressive dictatorships that claimed to be "leftists".

Show them Jasom Unruhe videos.

Islamic communism. And tribes.

I'm third world too. India. There's no shortage of leftists here but there is a big shortage of leftists in power

Hindu communism. And vedas.

I would hate to alienate my Muslim brothers

...

It's about phosphorus
Morocco is the world's largest, by far, producer of phosphorus for agriculture, and a lot of that comes from the Western Sahara region which they seized
